Making complex
systems usable.
I design enterprise and B2B products for people who work under real-world constraints — where the hard part isn't making a screen look good, but making a system make sense.
“The UX challenge isn't simplification. It's building interfaces that respect domain expertise while eliminating operational friction.”
— Reflection from ISMS
Four projects.
One way of thinking.
From a shipped enterprise platform to in-flight work, a strategic recommendation, and a self-initiated product I killed at validation — each case study starts with the problem, not the pixels. Open one to read the full story.

Intelligent Sustainability Management System
A satellite + AI platform for UK utilities to measure biodiversity, track carbon, and meet regulatory targets across thousands of sites.

Fiery M700 Self-Serve Station
Redesigning a kiosk-based self-service printing interface for universities, libraries, and retail environments.

Rethinking Job Actions
A design recommendation that challenged the team's initial assumption and proposed a mode-based UI that adapts to operator intent.
Solo project
Pipeline Brief
Researching, designing, validating — and killing — a micro-SaaS in six weeks, and what it taught me about language, credibility, and knowing when to stop.
About
The work behind the work.
I'm a Senior UX Designer with 12+ years of experience designing complex enterprise and B2B products.
I've worked across regulated industries, technical production tools, and consumer IoT platforms — all sharing a common thread: making intricate systems usable for people under real-world constraints.
I care about problem framing, evidence-based decisions, and explaining design rationale to engineering and product leadership. I'm comfortable as the sole designer, and I've mentored junior designers on interaction patterns, research methods, and stakeholder communication.
